Forgotten your password?

  1. Select the Forgotten Password? link in the Member Login box on the homepage
  2. This will direct you to the Login page and under the Forgotten Password? section, insert your username
  3. Click the Submit button
  4. Answer your secret question and click the Submit button
  5. If your answer has been verified, you will be directed to a Password Reset page informing you that the new password will be sent via email to your registered email address

Forgotten your username?

  1. Select the Forgotten Password? link in the Member Login box on the homepage
  2. This will direct you to the Login page and under the Forgotten Password? section, select the Forgotten Username facility link, or click here to direct you to it.
  3. Insert your registered email address
  4. Click the Submit button
  5. If your email address has been verified, you will be directed to a Username Recovery Successful page informing you that the details of all related usernames would be sent via email to your registered email address

If you can't find the email or no username is sent to you, send an email to info@connectyorkshire.org from the email address you believe you registered. For your security, we will not be able to confirm your account username unless you send an email from this account address. Please write in the subject line of your message  "MyDealMaker Username Request"

You can't sign in?
If you can't sign in, try the following:

  • Make sure that you typed your password correctly. Passwords are case sensitive.
  • Your user name may become unavailable if you haven't used the account for some time or your account was a temporary one.

Changing Your Password
You can change your MyDealMaker password at any time from the My Account page.
