A MyDealMaker funding profile provides investors with the opportunity to be discovered by MyDealMaker entrepreneurs, featured in circulars, and invited to participate in Connect events, etc.
The more precisely you define your investment profile, the more likely you are to get relevant propositions contacting you. If you only want to invest in a specific sector or have a maximum amount that you might consider investing, then by adding these criteria to your profile, you can home in on the kind of deals that might be of interest.
MyDealMaker provides the facility for you to be alerted when companies that match your fund profile are registered on the site. So a little time spent refining your profile is well worth the effort! Alternatively, if you want to remain anonymous you can create a search and save it which means you can see companies that match your investment criteria, but they can't see you.
A typical investor profile will contain the following:
- Summary — a brief description of you and your company, as appropriate.
- Funds — the finance you can offer and your investment preferences.
