Company Profiles
A MyDealMaker company profile allows you to be discovered by MyDealMaker investors, featured in circulars, and invited to participate in Connect events, etc.
The more information you provide about your company and the more precisely you define your investment needs, the more likely you are to attract relevant investors. Often investors only want to invest in a specific sector or have a maximum amount that they might consider investing.
MyDealMaker provides the facility for you to be alerted when investors that match your profile and funding requirements are registered on the site. So a little time spent refining your profile is well worth the effort! Alternatively, if you want to remain anonymous you can create a search and save it which means you can find funders that might be interested in investing in you, but they can't find you.
A typical profile will provide information about the company in the follow areas:
- Summary — a brief description of the company what it does, where its going, etc.
- Management — the key people, their roles and backgrounds.
- Financials — historic and forecasted revenues, profitability and head count.
- Requirements — what funding the company needs and what they are going to do with it.
